Ours could look like this.

Summer. Summer. Summer.
Why do you have to take so long?
So hot and warm and delicious and full of india cotton.
Hot pavements and no shoes.Rockpools and seasalt.
I want to throw off winter like an old blanket.
I want to be young again.
If you are having trouble remembering, i will help you.
The air is beautiful and blue skyed. It carries an assortment of faeries and dandelions,
With mouthwatering promises of moments ripe for the picking. My hair has little plaits and daisies in
And there is an accumulation of leather braids crowning our left ankles.
Frozen watermelon.
Your face is sand- flecked and oh so radiant.
when people see you they put on their sunglasses
and take off their clothes to sunbathe,
because thats how bright you shine.
Summer. Summer. Summer.
